Shipping policy
We use a standard ground shipping method. All orders should be assumed to take up to 2+ weeks to reach their destination. (although shipping in Canada is usually within 5-7 business days)
We do offer free lettermail shipping for our ornaments (within Canada ONLY). Please note that lettermail shipping does NOT include tracking or a guaranteed delivery date. We do not assume that an order is lost until 8 weeks from the shipping date have passed.
We do offer a Rush Shipping option at checkout.
Under no circumstances will we refund an order if it doesn't come in time for a special event. If you need an item by a particular date, look at choosing “Rush Shipping” upon checkout. Email us if you are unsure which shipping option will work best for your location.
****INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING****
We do ship internationally, however we are not responsible for any additional fees to ship outside of Canada (i.e. customs/duty/processing fees). Any additional fees outside of the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
Customs can hold any item for inspection for any length of time, and this is beyond our control. Please message us if you encounter this, and we can check on shipping, as all of our packages are sent with tracking (ornaments excluded).
****SHIPPING ADDRESS****
All orders will be shipped to the address given on the invoice. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. If your order is delivered to the wrong address or undeliverable due to wrong/incorrect address, the package will be reshipped only at the buyer’s expense. Return-to-Sender fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be given due to an incorrect shipping address.
****SHIPPING ISSUES****
Should your order arrive damaged or doesn't arrive, please send us a message to get any issues resolved. Photos will be required in the event of an item(s) received damaged (for insurance purposes).
